Sunita Ahuja clarifies their living circumstances and puts an end to rumors that she and Govinda are divorcing. The pair is “going strong,” according to a recent confirmation from the actor’s attorney.
Sunita Ahuja, Govinda’s wife, said that no one could keep them apart amid divorce rumors. She explained her previous claim that she lived apart from the actor in a video that was extensively disseminated.
“Alag-alag rehte hain matlab jab unhone politics join kiya tha tab meri beti jawaan ho rahi thi, toh saare karyakarta ghar par aate the,” Sunita stated in an undated video. My daughter was growing up when Govinda entered politics, and party officials would often stop by our house, so we live apart. Ab jawaan beti hai, hum hain, hum shorts pehen ke ghar mein ghoomte hain, toh isliye humne saamne office le liya tha. We chose to obtain an office close by since we would be moving about freely and wearing shorts at home.
“If anyone in this world dares to separate me and Govinda, let them come forward,” she said. “Humko, mujhe aur Govinda ko is duniya mein agar koi alag kar de, kisi ka mai ka laal toh saamne aa jaye.”
Sunita had previously implied in an interview with Hindi Rush that she and Govinda mostly reside in different homes, with the actor sometimes sleeping at his bungalow because of late meetings and get-togethers.
“We own two homes. Opposite our flat is a cottage. My children and my temple are in the apartment. He arrives late for his meetings, while we reside at the apartment. He’ll get ten people together and sit down to talk because he likes to talk. In contrast, my daughter, son, and I share a home,” she clarified.
Rumors of a divorce between Govinda and Sunita recently became widespread. But according to the actor’s attorney, the pair is “going strong.” The actor’s family friend Lalit Bindal confirmed in an exclusive interview with India Today that Sunita had in fact filed for divorce some six months prior. But the issue was settled, and the pair is again back together.
After getting married in 1987, Govinda and Sunita had two kids: a girl named Tina and a boy named Yashvardhan.
